How we handle your information. Written in plain language, because you deserve to actually understand it.

ChampArena is a platform that helps students in India discover competitions — MUNs, Olympiads, hackathons and more. This policy covers the website at champarena.co.in.
Questions? Email contact.champarena@gmail.com.
We do not send marketing emails without asking you first.
Most competitions listed on ChampArena are run by other organisations (schools, colleges, student societies). We list them so you can find them in one place.
When you tap "View on Instagram" or any organiser link, you leave ChampArena. What happens after that — registration, fees, the data they ask you for — is between you and that organiser. Their privacy practices are their own, and we don't control them. Please read their terms before sharing information with them.
ChampArena is not the organiser of these events unless we clearly say so.
We do not sell your data. Ever. We share it only with the services that make ChampArena work:
We may also share information if the law requires it.
We keep this simple. ChampArena uses a small amount of browser storage to remember that you're signed in. That's it — no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics profiling.
You can:
Email contact.champarena@gmail.com and we'll act on it within 30 days.
ChampArena is built for school and college students, so many of our users are under 18.
If you're under 18, please go through this policy with a parent or guardian before creating an account, and use ChampArena with their knowledge.
If you're a parent or guardian and want to see, correct or delete your child's account, email contact.champarena@gmail.com and we'll help.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your personal data, except anything we're legally required to keep.
Your data sits in a Postgres database with row-level security — meaning the database itself enforces that you can only read your own data. Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth; we never see them.
That said, no system online is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If something ever goes wrong, we'll tell you.
If we change anything meaningful, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
Anything at all — questions, complaints, data requests:
